OUR STORY
It all began one day in Karen's kitchen....

Hey there! We, Karen and Jeff, are the founders of Nourish 2 Flourish, Plant Powered Eats.

 

We started this business in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, while keeping our parent company, The Sage Sunflower (mental health promotion) going strong.

 

Growing up, we both had a love for cooking and teaching. 2.5 years ago, during a spiritual awakening, Karen decided to become vegan; making the connection between where food comes from and how it affects our health and the environment. We met in 2019 and in 2020 we became life and business partners. We have noticed significant changes in our overall health because of how we eat and we wanted to help others eat well and feel well too! We enjoy veganizing our favorite dishes from around the world. We make almost everything from scratch, use primarily whole foods, and source out local ingredients when possible. Sadly, we don’t have coconuts in our backyard, yet…

Our meals and pantry items are intended to help people who are looking for more vegan options, have busy schedules or dislike cooking, enjoy good food and want to be healthy. We thoughtfully choose ingredients that will nourish your mind, body and soul, which helps you on your path to positive mental health a.k.a. “flourishing”!
